Our immigration medical exam includes a comprehensive physical examination, required lab tests, vaccination review, and completion of the USCIS I-693 form in a sealed envelope. Additional tests or vaccinations may be recommended based on your age, medical history, and USCIS requirements.
No appointment is needed. UrgentMed Care welcomes walk-in patients for immigration physicals Monday–Friday (9 AM–6 PM) and weekends (9 AM–3 PM). However, scheduling an appointment can help reduce your wait time.
Yes, we accept insurance for lab tests ordered as part of the immigration exam. If you do not have insurance, you can choose to pay a special self-pay price at our office or directly at the lab facility.
Most immigration medical exams are completed within 7–10 business days, provided all lab results are normal and vaccination records meet USCIS requirements. Missing vaccinations or abnormal results may delay processing.
The USCIS requires several vaccines based on age and health status, including MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Polio, Hepatitis A & B, Influenza, and others. Our team will review your vaccination record and help you meet all requirements.
Bring a government-issued photo ID, vaccination records, and any USCIS notices or letters related to your case. These must be included in the sealed envelope for submission.
If you lack documentation, we can arrange for immunity blood tests or administer missing vaccines. Please note that additional visits and costs may apply if testing is required.
No fasting is required. Blood and urine tests are standard, but there is no need to fast before your visit.
No. Patients 14 years and older must be present to verify the information and sign the documents before the sealed I-693 form can be released.
To speed up the process, bring complete vaccination records, attend your lab appointments promptly, and address any missing vaccines as soon as possible. Pregnant patients should bring a notarized letter for vaccine exemptions when applicable.
